Australia rattles India

Australia have won the second Test against India in Brisbane by four wickets and lead the series by 2-0.  On the fourth day, Indian batsmen repeated the old fashion mistakes and reached dressing room within no time they entered the crease. The visitors who finished the day three with overnight score 71/1, could not extend the lead further. However, injuries have haunted India in the second innings as just before the beginning of the fourth day play, BCCI released a statement that Shikhar Dhawan and Virat Kohli got injured.

Shikhar Dhawan who remained unbeaten on day three did not resume his innings and instead Kohli stepped in. But it was Aussie bowler Mitchell Johnson who did the damage for India. He removed Kohli, Rahane and Rohit Sharma in quick succession and captain Dhoni proved why he is not the best overseas Test batsmen again by getting out for duck. Then Shikhar Dhawan resumed the batting despite the injury and he attacked Aussie bowlers. He crossed the half century mark and when is looking for big shots, Nathan Lyon caught him before wickets. In the end, India were bowled for 224 runs setting Australia a target of 128 runs.

Chasing the small total, Australia made a slow start. At one end, wickets were falling and runs on the other hand were also following. Opener Chris Rogers again scored a half century and guided the team to victory. Australia won the Test match by four wickets.
