Two Union Cabinet berths from Telangana:- With Prime Minister Narendra Modi's swearing-in ceremony scheduled for Saturday, the BJP has begun talks to win Cabinet seats from the two Telugu states. In the last five years, there has been only one representative of the two Telugu states in the Union Cabinet, Kishan Reddy. The party leadership wants to maintain a good balance between newbies and veterans while selecting ministers from among the eight BJP MPs in the state. The story goes that Telangana will have two cabinet seats. Party general secretary Bandi Sanjay Kumar and Kishan Reddy, who is seen as a booster of the BJP's rise in Telangana, have a good chance of getting a place in the Union Cabinet. However, according to sources, the party uses the services of one of these companies for organizational activities. Speculations suggest that Kishan Reddy could be chosen for the cabinet post given his experience as a Union minister and party leader in Telangana. Atala Rajendar, MP for Melakajgiri and a powerful leader in British Columbia, said that during the election period he was among Modi leaders and senior leaders Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh and Hardeep Singh Puri who praised Mr. and others. He appears to have a strong voice on provincial and political issues, and the support of the BC group is an added bonus. If Kishan Reddy enters the cabinet, the state leadership of the party will change. Since Telangana's population is 52% of BC's population, the party can elect a BC leader and another prominent personality from Telangana as chief minister.
However, officials noted that Rajendhar, as party leader, did not have much influence in attracting leaders from other parties. When he was president, not a single other prominent party leader joined the BJP. These observers said Mr. Sanjay was popular across the state and could return as the party chief in the state. Other strongmen in the Union Cabinet include Mr. Aruna, who comes from Mr. A's home district. In 2019, Arvind had defeated BRS leader K Chandrashekhar Rao and K Kavitha. As far as Andhra Pradesh is concerned, the BJP's decision to choose Daggubati Purandeswari, the party's state president from Rajahmundry, seems obvious. He also served as a Union Minister in the UPA government. Another possible option is C.M. Ramesh, who was selected from Anakapalle. He served two terms as a member of the Public Accounts Committee and the Rajya Sabha.
