Minutes after Lalit Modi was elected as Rajasthan Cricket Association President, BCCI has suspended RCA and  appoint an ad-hoc body to run its cricket affairs. BCCI has openly opposed Lalit Modi's return and also threatened RCA for letting banned Modi contest in the polls. Supreme Court allowed Modi to contest and that's how BCCI did not intervene in RCA elections.
