39,097 Coronavirus Cases reported in India:- A total number of 39,097 new cases for coronavirus are reported in the country in the last 24 hours. The entire tally of Covid-19 cases reached 3,13,32,159. As per the reports declared from the Union Health Ministry, the total number of recoveries in India reported in the last 24 hours are said to be 35,087 and the total number of recoveries in the country reached 3,05,03,166. 546 new deaths are reported in India in the past one day and the total deaths reached 4,20,016. The total number of active cases of coronavirus in India currently are 4,08,977. There are 42,78,82,261 people who took the vaccination dose for coronavirus in India. The recovery rate in the country is at 97.35 percent and there are 1.31 percent active cases in the country.

The weekly positivity rate is at 2.22 percent and the daily positivity rate is 2.40 percent. AIIMS chief Dr Randeep Guleria said that India can start vaccinating the children from September this year. As per the update, Bharat Biotech's Covaxin, Pfizer and Zydus will soon be available for children. Kerala and Maharashtra continue to be the worst-hit states and they are reporting a high number of cases in the country. The number of coronavirus cases surpassed 40 million in Latin America and the Caribbean. Kerala is heading for another lockdown to control the new cases. As per the reports from the Indian Council of Medical Research, the total samples tested in India on July 25th are said to be 16,31,266 and the total samples tested in India in total are 45,45,70,811.
