India Reports 20,557 Fresh Cases Of Coronavirus:- The new cases of coronavirus are rising in the country on a regular basis. A total number of 20,557 new cases of coronavirus are reported in the country in the last 24 hours. 19,216 people recovered in the last 24 hours and 44 people passed away yesterday in the country. There are 1,46,323 active cases of coronavirus and the daily positivity rate is said to be 5.81 percent. The total tally of cases reported till date climbed to 4,39,59,321. The active caseload is equal to 0.33 percent of the total number of cases. The active cases saw a decent decline when compared to the last week but the new cases reported are high. The recoveries are high and swift enough as per the health officials.

As per the official reports, a total number of 3.87 crore children between the age group of 12 and 14 years are vaccinated with the first dose in India. For those aged between 18 and 59, the vaccine doses administered are said to be 26,32,026. The total number of vaccine doses given in India in total are 203.17 crores by Wednesday evening. A total number of 32 lakh vaccine doses are administered by 7 PM yesterday. The death toll in the country climbed to 5,26,211. The recovery rate is reported as 98.47 percent. In the last 24 hours, 1297 cases are recorded in the active caseload which is higher when compared to yesterday.
