Johnson And Johnson Pauses Coronavirus Vaccine Trials:- Johnson and Johnson on Monday revealed that the trials for the coronavirus vaccine came to a halt after one of the participants fell sick. Johnson and Johnson said in a statement saying "We have temporarily paused further dosing in all our Covid-19 vaccine candidate clinical trials, including theĀ  Phase 3 ENSEMBLE trial, due to an unexplained illness in a study participant". The online enrollment system is closed for 60,000 patients. As per their guidelines, Johnson and Johnson paused the trial. The trials are expected to resume soon once a clarity is attained about the ill participant.

Johnson and Johnson trials for the coronavirus vaccine started in September with 60,000 volunteers in the USA in more than 200 sites. Johnson and Johnson is also conducting trials in countries like Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and South Africa. The company called it an unexplained illness and is currently being investigated. The total coronavirus infected people in the world now reached 37 million and several leading pharmacy and manufacturers are busy conducting trials. Some of the vaccinations are currently in the final stages of human trials.
