Cabinet coverts haunt Kiran

cabinet-coverts-haunt-kiranChief Minister Kirankumar reddy, being haunted by the fear of a possible presence of coverts in his cabinet, had reportedly complained to the Union Minister and in-charge of congress affairs in AP, Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad about two ministers.

The CM is said to have complained that two ministers of the coastal region are working as the agents of YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan reddy in his cabinet and sought the permission of the high command to dismiss them.

“There are two coastal ministers who are working as coverts and carrying the secrets of the Cabinet meetings to Jagan and they must be sent out of the Cabinet,” Kiran is said to have told Azad.

Sources said the CM cancelled the proposed cabinet meeting on May 16 for the fear of the cabinet secrets being leaked to Jagan by these coverts. The sources however refused to reveal the names of the two coastal ministers.

Kiran has requested permission of the high command through Azad to sack four more ministers whose family members have been siding with Jagan for a long time openly. Kiran is said to be planning to visit Delhi soon to lodge the same complaint to party president Sonia Gandhi and seek her permission to sack these ministers.
