A newly opened garment store in Ahmedabad had become infamous all over the world with just the name on the billboard. Among others it sells shirts with Mahatma Gandhi's face and Superman shirts. The shop had drawn criticism from all over the world with the controversial title, but Rajesh Shah claims to be of ignorant of Hitler or the tainted "Swastika" symbol used by the Nazis. The shop had been the talk of most international dailies like Die Welt, Daily Mail and numerous other Russian publications too. The Logo of the shop well lit from under, reads HiTLER with the dot in 'i' being made out of a Swastika symbol.
Shah said he had never known the meaning of the swastika, reminiscent of a regime that led to the holocaust of 6.5 million Jews and millions more of East European and Russian citizens which is synonymous with terror today after the World War. He instead said that his business partner's grandfather who was a strict disciplinarian was nicknamed Hitler and the shop was named after him.
But if he really didn't know about Hitler how did he end up with the Swastika in the logo which is obviously associated with Hitler. He was forced to change the name of the shop to which he had blatantly refused. He also said that unless the cost for the branding and the new display for the shop are provided he would not change it. Jews and a large number of Hindus and Muslims have demanded that the name of the establishment be changed.
However, luckily for him, the shop doesn't sell any garments or collectibles that were related to the Nazis.
