Kerala Finance Minister KM Mani who is alleged of taking Rs 2 crores bribe from bar owners to ease the liquor ban policy, is facing a new protest. Facebook users are sending money order to this Minister's residence at Pala in Kottayam district, also a campaign was launched in Facebook to raise funds. It was first a social activist and film director who has sent a money order of Rs 500 to the finance minister and posted the receipt of the money order in his official Facebook account.
Within no time, the Facebook campaign page got 9000 likes and people are pouring money from Rs 5 to Rs 500 to this corrupt minister. The postmen are in a confused state regarding the many money orders to KM Mani's residence.
This is not the first instance that the Kerala netizens have protested the public interest. 'Kiss of Love' campaign against Moral Policing, which got huge response across India.
