Pinki Primanik, the Asiad gold medalist runner, has been put to shame by the heinous act of uploading the 29 second video of her gender test at a private hospital. The MMS, revealing Pinki completely naked, has become viral all over the internet in no time.

Pinki was taken aback when she heard of the video being online and stated, at the SSKM hospital while giving blood samples for chromosome test on Monday  that this was beyond any harassment and humiliation that she had experienced to date.

The athlete has already been asked to go to 2 hospitals for the gender determination and chromosome tests but the results were inconclusive as the facilities to perform the test were not available.

Tuhin Roy, Pinki's counsel has condemned the act of recording the test as “heinous” and demanded that suitable action against the responsible people for committing the sin. He also has mentioned that the report couldnt be made as the athelte herself is behind the bars and none of her family members were available to make a report. Roy has also said that he would seek the court's help after the next hearing which is to be held on July 12th.

Meanwhile, the police said they were willing to support but they could not take any action unless a First Information Report is filed against the culprits.
