Air India pilots likely to be sacked

With white collared professionals of Air India unwilling to end the strike and join the services even after a month, the aviation minister Ajit Singh has said that the ball was now in the court of the management. The sources said that the Air India management would go ahead and sack all the 440 pilots since they have rejected to join the services.

Ajit Singh has said that the pilots’ strike was completely illegal as even the court asked them to join the services. As many as 440 pilots who are members of the non-recognized Pilots Guild have been demanding the management a couple of things that even include a tall demand of permitting them to travel on business class for free when they were not on the duty.

While MPs like Sachin Tendulkar willfully rejected the government’s bungalow only to reduce burden on the public money, Air India pilots making these tall demands even after court asking them for concluding the strike reflects their disciple and the concern for others’ problems.

There were n number of passengers who faced severe problem due to the ongoing strike and pilots still continue to strike. If the pilots feel justice is not meted out to them, they should quit the jobs and sit at homes instead of causing trouble to the government and public at large.
