Super star Rajanikanth was discharged from the St Isabel Hospital in Chennai on Tuesday. He was admitted to the hospital on the evening of May 4 for allergic bronchitis and high fever.

 

This was second time he was admitted to the hospital in the last two weeks. Earlier, Rajani was taken to the same hospital after he complained of vomiting and uneasiness soon after he began shooting for his period film ‘Rana’ at the AVM studios on April 29. He was however discharged on the same evening and was advised to take full rest for a week.

 

The superstar strained himself without taking rest and was admitted to the hospital again on last Wednesday for allergic bronchitis and high fever. He was kept in the ICU and treated by specialists continuously for six days.

 

The doctors, while discharging on Tuesday, advised him complete rest for the next couple of weeks.
