The second wave of the pandemic left many people suffering from breathing issues. Several people have been practicing breathing issues and are busy with yoga, exercises. Pranayama happens to be an ancient practice that can control the breath. This helps to improve the functioning of the lungs, brain functioning and blood pressure. Bhramari Pranayama: Bhramari means bumble bee. It reduces fatigue and mental stress. Place your thumbs on the flap outside on your ear and the index on your forehead. Inhale and exhale. Always keep your mouth closed and this makes you feel the vibration.

Anulom Vilom: It means natural order. Anulom Vilom Pranayama helps to relieve you from depression and anxiety. Breathe through the alternate nostrils by closing the right-hand side nostril. Inhale through the left and exhale through the right. This helps you to physical, spiritual and mental benefits.
