A court in California has recently awarded  whopping $36.48 million to a couple hailing from India for being griviously injured in a road accident in the United States of America in 2010. The couple Prakash Seth and Jaishree Seth were on a vacation to US when the incident took place. The law firm representing the couple reported that a 18 wheeler truck the sedan car in which the couple were travelling in Santa Ana. Their car was spinned on the freeway and was struck by another vehicle, which left all the three persons in the car injured while Jaishree Seth injured critically. She was even paralysed as she fractured her backbone and now she require 24 hours medical attention.
