When the cost of renting has become too much, a couple have made their van as a home and started living in it.

An old Ford Transit Luton van was converted into a home that has a kitchen, toilet, shower, bedroom, windows, porch and sofa.

Adam Croft, 29, and Nikki Pepperell, 32, a couple almost spent a year in converting their car. Speaking about it, the couple said that, they spent £3,500 on the van and £6,500 renovating it and is now, left with nothing after spending the money for their ‘Vansion’.

The van idea came about after the couple spent a week with friends on a boat in Falmouth, Cornwall. They had now given up their jobs and decided to spend at least a year travelling in Europe.
