If you don't smile, pay Rs.1 lakh as fine

Whenever we are in sorrow, few of our friends ask us to get back soon and smile. But smiling  might not be possible in few situations. But in Oxford, the people are forced to smile, and if at all they failed in it, Oxford imposes fine.

The buskers (People who play music in the streets and begs money) in Oxford have to smile and entertain the people and themselves in the streets. Otherwise a fine of  £1,000 (approximately Rs.100000) would be collected from such buskers who failed to smile. Oxford has further assured the buskers to use street furniture, such as public seats, lamp posts, railings  and can sell CD's and also ask for money after performing the music.

The only big condition of it is, not to obstruct highways as it causes a heavy disturbance to the traffic.

In a trend where the people are genius in making people cry, breaking that trend, Oxford is aiming at making the people smile. I think a hats off sign is needed towards Oxford now.
