The birth certificate what we know in India is far different from Islamic states. The certificate is issued in a very unique process on those places.
If you can observe the picture, there is a black cloth on the baby's body. That is nothing but the birth certificate of that child. Yes it is in the cloth form. On it, the names of father and mother of the child are mentioned and the logo of Islamic state can also be observed on it. The picture is a part of a video which was uploaded by 'IS' residents into the Internet.
Image shows the baby is sleeping beside a bomb on one side, a gun on the other side and a granite over head. The video that is uploaded said that this is how the future kids are being made.
It is just within few hours of uploading the video, few controversies were raised regarding it. If the buzz is to be believed, the video is deleted from the net because of the force from some higher officials.
