Generally there is a tradition for few of the people who sell eatables to include few insects or any tiny creatures in it. I guess that might be out of the love they have on those creatures. But mostly we observe dead insects in the eatables, but a supermarket owner might be much more passionate about these kind of creatures, that might be the reason for him to include a live creature in a sandwich.

Yes, you heard it right. A woman named Hannah Scott found a snail in the sandwich she ordered at a supermarket. She immediately complained it to the management. On the other hand customer care department said that there is no such fault with the girls who served it, but the mistake is with the management completely, who could not check the food properly.

After knowing this, the management offered her a compensation which was not at all satisfactory to her. The management kept silent for few days on the issue. with this, the woman felt much more angry and filed a case for the better compensation.

The store then apologised woman for any distress caused and now involved in the talks with her regarding the compensation.
