JD[U] leader and former Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar called upon RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav for their support in the coming Rajya Sabha elections. This move came from Nitish so as to counter BJP and is also consulting Bihar Congress party. Elections for two Rajya Sabha seats will be held on June 19th.
