75 percent of the adults in UK are now Vaccinated for Covid:- As per the latest report that is unveiled on Tuesday, more than 75 percent of the adults in the United Kingdom received both the doses of coronavirus vaccine. The total number of doses that are administered in the United Kingdom till date are said to be 86,780,455. A total number of 47,091,889 people received the first dose of the vaccine and 39,688,566 received both doses of the Covid vaccine. As per the reports, 89 percent of the people in the UK received the first dose of the coronavirus vaccine. As per the update from the Cambridge University and Public Health England, 22 million infections along with 60,000 deaths and 66,900 hospitalizations are prevented because of the vaccination drive in the nation.
