Coronavirus Indian tally crosses 2.6 crore mark:- The Indian tally of coronavirus is unstoppable and the total tally of cases crossed 2.6 crore mark. A total number of 2,59,591 new cases for coronavirus are reported in the country in the last 24 hours taking the total reach 2,60,31,991. The number of recoveries and discharges are increasing on a regular note and 3,57,295 got discharged in the last 24 hours. With 4209 new deaths reported yesterday, the total death tally reached 2,91,331. The total number of discharges in the country reached 2,27,12,735 and there are 30,27,925 active cases in the country for now. The total number of people who took the vaccination dose are said to be 19,18,79,503 in the country.
The black fungus which is alarming in the country is declared as an epidemic in four states of the country. The shortage for vaccination doses in India continues in all the Indian states. As per the reports from the Indian Council of Medical Research, the total samples for coronavirus tested in India are said to be 32,44,17,870 and the samples tested in the country yesterday stand at 20,61,683. The recovery rate of coronavirus climbed to 87.25 percent and the active case percentage is said to be 11.63 percent. The country's fatality rate climbed to 1.12 percent.
