Three Districts Under Lockdown In Andhra Pradesh:- Though the number of coronavirus cases has been low and consistent in Andhra Pradesh during the initial days after the relaxations are imposed, the number of new cases kept increasing in the recent two weeks rapidly. With the number of cases increasing regularly, the government of Andhra Pradesh decided to impose lockdown in all the districts that have high cases. Anantapur, Prakasam and Srikakulam districts will be under strict lockdown. The government said that there are super-spreaders in these districts because of which these districts are under lockdown.

With the coronavirus spreading fast in these districts, the government had no option except to impose lockdown in these districts. Districts like Srikakulam had no single case but they kept increasing after the migrant workers returned back from various states. When the lockdown was strictly implemented, Andhra Pradesh had a low number of cases. They started increasing after the restrictions are relaxed and the wine shops are opened. The government of Andhra Pradesh is in plans to impose lockdown in some more districts if the number of cases gets increased.
