Centre Extends Lockdown Till May 31st:- The third phase of lockdown in India came to an end last night and the Centre as expected announced to the extent the lockdown till May 31st all over the country. Some more changes and relaxations are given for the green and orange zones while the red and containment zones will be strictly locked. All the public transports like flights, trains along with metros are not allowed while some of the states decided to run a limited number of state-run buses. Some economic activities are permitted in the red zones too said the Centre. The district authorities will strictly monitor the containment and buffer zones said the Centre.

The passenger vehicles are permitted and the Centre asked the states to decide about the movement between the borders after mutual agreements. All the cinema halls, shopping malls, educational institutions, religious places and other public gatherings will be strictly prohibited and will be locked till May 31st. Wearing face masks is compulsory when people come to public places and fines will be imposed if the people step out without face masks. All the social distancing norms should be strictly followed said the Centre. All the local authorities should make sure that the people and the shop vendors follow the guidelines of social distancing. The number of coronavirus cases saw a huge rise in the country on Saturday and Sunday.
