70% Tested Positive With Coronavirus In US Federal Prisons:- USA is the most impacted country due to coronavirus. The virus reached out to the federal prisons and a report says that 70% of the inmates in the jail are tested positive with coronavirus. Over 1.5 lakh people are serving their time in the federal prisons. As per the reports from the Bureau of Prisons, tests have been conducted for 2700 inmates and 2000 are tested positive with coronavirus. This is sure a worrying factor as it would fastly spread across the jails as they cannot be kept in isolation wards and social distancing is a challenge.
The communication policies made by the Bureau of Prisons is leaving several families in dark as they are not informed about the status. 59-year-old Michael Fleming was serving jail term in a drug conspiracy case. He was taken to hospital and his condition declined. His family members were never informed about this. Michael Fleming passed away on April 19th and he was cremated. Only his ashes are sent to his family members. As per the policy of the Bureau of Prisons, the family should be informed about the seriousness of illness to their family. The Bureau of Prisons is now increasing the tests. On the whole, the situations have turned worse in USA.
