Dialogue King Sai Kumar, who is known for his crowd pulling base voice, will be hosting the Amaravathi stone ceremony on October 22nd.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu had a special bonding with Sai Kumar from the beginning. Earlier, when an app called ‘Nalugo Simham’ was launched by the police and Sai Kumar was chosen as the brand ambassador, Chandrababu Naidu was invited as the chief guest of the function and applauded Sai Kumar for his charismatic voice.

Now bringing out the duo bonding in public, Naidu opted Sai Kumar to host the ceremony and playback singer Sunitha, will accompany Sai Kumar, during the hosting. He took this decision in a review meeting conducted yesterday, with the CRDA officials.   

After bifurcation of the Telugu states, capital formation has become the toughest challenge for Andhra Pradesh. The AP officials say that, the new capital would be one step ahead of Hyderabad. So keeping this in mind, Naidu intends to celebrate the stone laying ceremony in never before grand manner, as it is once in a life time occasion and also going to be memorable in the history of Andhra Pradesh.  
 
Along with Sai Kumar and Sunitha hosting, internationally acclaimed percussionist Sivamani and Kuchipudi exponent Kuchibhotla Anand, will be the entertainment of the day, for the guests.      

Another most significant event is, a huge Purnakumbham statue will be erected to signify the Telugu culture. On a daily basis, Naidu conducted the meetings with CRDA officials and thus monitoring the developmental works of the stone laying ceremony.  

Cultural programmes in Amaravathi stone laying ceremony

Reportedly, there is 2 hour cultural event in Amaravathi stone laying ceremony.   

As said before, the anchoring part of the event will be handled by Sai Kumar and Sunitha. Before the main programme begins, the cultural event will be held, which includes rendering of verses by Gummadi Gopala Krishna, skit by Bhaviri Ravi and dance ballet, Jaya Jayahe Amaravathi, would be performed by 50 dancers for 12 minutes.   
 
A 7- minute programme called ‘Raituku Vandanam’, is going to be conducted, to honor the farmers, who gave the lands for the development of the state.

As many biggies like, the Prime Ministers of India, Japan and Singapore are attending the function, Kuchibhatla Anand’s cultural programmes will be performed before the PMs.
