As Amaravathi stone ceremony got a good hype in the dual states, cricket matches and new movie releases could not show, great influence on the public.
Amaravathi stone ceremony is one such event, which is treated as the historic in Andhra Pradesh state history. Moreover, Andhra Pradesh government hyped the event, by conducting huge celebrations at Amaravathi ceremony, inviting the national and international biggies.
Moreover, after Telangana Chief Minister KCR’s visit was confirmed, public was eager to watch the dual state Chief Ministers, who are in a tough rivalry for quite some time, on one stage.
On the other side, treating Vijayadashami as a sentiment, though it was Thursday, many new movies like Kanche, Raju Gari Gadhi, Columbus got released in the theatre.
Along with this, India vs South Africa 4th ODI, which is expected to grab huge audience attention, could not do it. Both movies and the cricket matches, reportedly sounded low, in front of the Amaravathi stone ceremony.
YSRCP absence could not affect Amaravathi ceremony
Meanwhile, YSRCP leaders who stayed away from the ceremony, as said before, decided to protest against the state and central governments from today.
Speaking on the issue, they said, “Though PM visited the state and spoke to the people, he still could not give any assurance about the special status. Even Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, could not force him about the issue, so it is even his fault.”
“Upon the failure of the state government, to force the centre for the special status, we are protesting against them,” YSRCP leaders said. As the protest is anyway expected, it seems AP government is least concerned about YSRCP and their activities in the state.
Moreover, their absence in the Amaravathi stone ceremony, could not affect the celebrations in any manner. But it could however be a severe red mark on YSRCP, as the people are in an opinion that, the party is against the Capital city. So it should be seen, what fate has written for YSRCP, in AP.
