Seems like there is no change in situation of Assembly. The session started at 9 AM and Speaker Manohar declined oppositions resolutions, again all the MLAs surrounded Speaker's podium and started raising slogans. MLAs from the both the regions have raised Jai Telangana and Jai Samaikyandhra slogans. Assembly echoed with these slogans, Speaker Manohar tried his best to start the debate on Telangana but MLAs did not move an inch from the podium.

With no other option, Speaker adjourned the Assembly for an hour. But seems like debate on T Bill is inevitable till its deadline. As Telangana MLAs requested for written opinion, Speaker might consider this option as well.
