Godman Satya Saibaba's assets issue has come into the spot light yet another time as a devotee of Satya Sai, Kasaru Ramesh filed a public interest litigation (PIL) in Andhra Pradesh High Court asking the court for ordering a CBI probe into the apparently sudden death of Satya Saibaba. The reports indicated that the petitioner even urged the court to ensure that the assets of Satya Sai Trust should be used for the public welfare. The court, which accepted the petition, has questioned the petitioner whether the Satyasai Trust would come under endowments department or not.
