Kapil Dev Undergoes Angioplasty after he Suffers a Heart Attack:- Indian legendary cricketer Kapil Dev suffered a massive heart attack and he underwent angioplasty in a private hospital in New Delhi. Kapil Dev was the captain of the Indian team in 1983 when Indian won the first Cricket World Cup for the country. After the news surfaced, several cricketers, colleagues and celebrities wished him a speedy recovery. The 61-year-old all rounder and he scored 5248 runs in his international test career. Kapil Dev scored 3783 runs in one-days and he had 9000 runs in total and he played 131 tests, 225 one-days.

Kapil Dev picked up 434 test wickets and 253 wickets in one-days in his career. Kapil Dev was the first Indian to get over 400 wickets in test cricket. He has several records on his name.
