Municipal Administration and Urban development minister M.Maheedhar Reddy said that the government was doing its best for the betterment of the unemployed youth. Training is given to them as per industrial needs, for them to increase their employability. He urged all the concerned officers to help the government achieve its dream of creating better employability quotient among youth.

The Minister while addressing a workshop at Marri Chenna Reddy Institute of HRD in Hyderabad on Monday urged the concerned to act on a war footing. A statewide workshop for municipal officers and urban development officers was held at the venue. The program became a platform to discuss the various issues for implementing Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu. Minister saisd that all concerned must strive to the succesful implementation of the programme. He said the youth must be well equipped and unemployed rate must be drastically cut down with profound efforts. He also urged the employees to adhere to minimum pay scales declared by the government.
