CM Kirankumar reddy today took potshots at former CM and TDP boss Mr Chandrababu Naidu saying Naidu worked as a paid worker of the World Bank during his regime as CM.
Addressing public meeting in Sri Kalahasti this morning, Kirankumar said Naidu used to say that the World Bank asked him to engage contract workers and not to supply electric power free of cost to any one.
“Chandrababu can’t cheat all people all the times,” he said, adding that the TDP president can’t fool people any more. “I am sure people know who is right and who is wrong,” he said.
Alleging that Chandrababu has not changed even after losing power, Kirankumar said the former CM has been heckling at the Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu program. “I am talking of 1 lakh jobs but Naidu has been talking in terms of contract labourers,” he observed.
The CM said the people of the state are lucky TDP was not returned to power in the last elections. “If Naidu had come to power, he would have sold off even Tirupati and Sri Kalahasti,” said the CM on a sarcastic note. (JUBS)
