The Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy assured that the Congress government shall pave way for 15 lakh jobs for the unemployed by 2014. The CM is to have said this mammoth statement keeping in mind the forth coming 2014 General elections, while addressing a gathering at Palakol, today in West Godavari District. CM had been traveling extensively after the byelections debacle to take the welfare schemes to the people as decided by the planning committee headed by self. As a part of this big event CM was launching the 'Indiramma Baata' in each district of the state.
This week he was participating in launching of the scheme in West Godavari District. He said while touring across Narsapuram and Palakol, that the jobs scheme would be implemented as a part of the 'Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu'. He also spoke to the beneficiaries of the jobs scheme who already obtained a livelihood.
CM said that for those who were deprived of higher education could benefit largely from 'Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu'. This would be bread winner for them and help them support their families. However CM wished that the youth must get the best standards of education. Later after the meeting he also unveiled a statue of Sir Arthur Thomas Cotton in Palakol.
