Parliament adjourned till 12 noon again

Bharatiya Janata Party, which seemingly relented, had gone back to the stubborn self and yet again protested demanding for the resignation of the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on the account of the CAG report of the Coal Blocks allocation scam. In the event of the protests, the Upper and Lower Houses of the Parliament would remain adjourned till 12 noon even before there were any major discussions immediately after the MPs met.

With the continual chants, and the din in the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha, demanding the Prime Minister's resignation, the presiding officers of both the Houses had no option but to adjourn the Houses.

Earlier in conversation Sushma Swaraj said, "If you agree to both these demands (cancel allocations and order probe), then we can start the discussion and Parliament can function". After the Prime However she added that they would  not deviate from seeking the resignation of Manmohan Singh also asking him to accept the responsibility for the scam of allocation of coal blocks.
