Microsoft founder and one of the world’s richest persons, Bill Gates is going to meet Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav on Wednesday. He will meet the chief minister to discuss proposed healthcare programmes by Bill and Melinda Foundation in Uttar Pradesh.

The sources have said that Bill Gates will present a five point programme to the Uttar Pradesh chief minister on healthcare programmes that are aimed at improving neonatal care, nutrition, family planning, child health and maternity.

Earlier, a team from Bill Gates office came down to Uttar Pradesh and met the high officials of the state government on the ground work of Bill Gates-Akhilesh Yadav meeting.

Bill Gates has reportedly emphasized on extensive care of mother and child besides taking up polio eradication drives that are not up to the mark in Uttar Pradesh.

The people in Uttar Pradesh are going to witness better medical facilities soon. People are of the opinion that every state should concentrate more on health.
