Practising yoga, do it for your wellness!

Practising yoga is not just inclined towards improving physical stamina, as it also plays a dominant role in bringing into a more desirable concentration at the same time exactness for all individual.

US researchers have discovered at the same time brought into prominence that a single session of Hatha yoga indicatively improved a person's speed as well as degree of exactness while undergoing test on their working memory as well as concentration.

Neha Gothe, professor Kinesiology (human movement), health and sport studies, Wayne State University, Detroit, and lead author of the study emphasized on the prominent fact that Yoga is an ancient Indian science at the same time way of life which is not only inclusive of  physical movements along with postures on the contrary also controlled breathing as well meditation. She added that even though the practice have not been explored to its furthest still it necessitates an active attention otherwise regardful component.
