Tamil Director K. Subhash is No More!

In a shock to Kollywood, Popular Tamil director and writer K Subhash is No More! Yes! The directed breathed last at SRM hospital in Chennai.

He is best known for penning the script of Chennai Express starring Bollywood Badshah Shahrukh Khan and Diva Deepika Padukone.

Subhash was suffering from kidney failure and was on dialysis for the last few years. 

He started his career as an assistant to Prominent film director Mani Ratnam in the year 1987. That time Mani Ratnam was directing Tamil movie ‘Nayagan’. Later Subhash also delivered his directorial venture ‘Kaliyugam’ starring Prabhu Deva.

The director is popular for his blockbuster movie ‘Sathriyan’ starring Vijayakanth. He had also worked in the script department for  some Bollywood movies like 'Sunday',  'Dilwale' and 'Houseful 3'.
