General weakness? Fight it...

Many times, the weak we feel the lazy our overall system becomes... though this weakness can be categorized as 'general', it is not so... timely attention to this can prevent us facing big time health problems;

Weakness is not a disease... but, just think of that day or moment when you felt doing like nothing and just holding yourself to the chair? Because of your weakness, your mind stops working and you end up doing nothing... because of the lack of proper exercise and food intake, weakness holds you back from being active... here are some home remedies you can follow to get rid of general weakness and be active...

A glass of water, mixed with honey is a very good remedy for weakness... honey has a power to increase hemoglobin percentage in your blood, so helps the blood flow to be good, instead releasing your from weakness.
