Supreme Court Refuses Sunitha’s Plea:- Sunitha Narreddy, daughter of former MP YS Vivekananda Reddy’s plea to provide the details of her father's murder, which is to provide the complete case dairy to her was refused by the Supreme Court on Tuesday.

Supreme court chief justice Sanjeev Khanna and Justice Bela Trivedi have refused to provide the case dairy to Sunitha and asked CBI to provide all the original records, a copy of the charge sheet and case files in a sealed cover pertaining to the murder of the former Kadapa MP and the court has adjourned the case to the September second week.

Sunitha approached the supreme court challenging the order of anticipatory bail to YS Avinash Reddy approved by the High Court of Telangana. Court considered YS Vivekananda Reddy's murder case as a crucial case and has merged Erra Gangireddy's plea along with Sunitha’s. Erra Gangireddy was granted bail by Telangana High Court and later SC issued a stay on the order by the petition filed by Sunitha.

CBI has to file a chargesheet of complete investigation before June 30th. The submission of the report before the court of law is still pending and will be submitted before the next adjournment which is in September.
