Supreme Court To Hear Plea Seeking Avinash Bail Cancellation:- Avinash Reddy who is alleged for killing YS Vivekananda Reddy was granted anticipatory bail by Telangana High Court. Challenging the order YS Vivekananda Reddy's daughter Sunitha has moved Supreme Court seeking for his anticipatory bail cancellation. Telangana vacation bench granted bail to Avinash Reddy as per directed by the Supreme Court. SC asked HC not to extend the judgement and directed the plea to the vacation bench.
CBI mentioned Avinash Reddy’s crucial involvement in Vivekananda Reddy’s murder. They also mentioned that he was on call at midnight on the murder day. Sunitha mentioned that all the affidavits and chargesheets submitted by CBI against Avinash Reddy are serious in nature. She pleads with the court to cancel the bail in immediate action. Supreme Court will listen to both sides and then to take a call.
Earlier Supreme Court also asked the CBI to conclude the investigation by June 30th. Sunitha while interacting with the media said that the entire state was supporting her to restore justice in her father's murder case. She even raised a campaign on social media with the hashtag #JusticeforYSViveka. It has been four years since YS Vivekananda Reddy's murder and sadly CBI has yet to conclude the case.
