Hyderabad Home Sales Hit All-Time High In 11 Years:- The sales of houses in Hyderabad increased by 23 percent which is the highest in the past 11 years. This is during the January and June period in 2022 and the records are compared to the same period last year. This is as per the report that is published by Knight Frank India. A total number of 14,694 housing units have been sold in the first half of this year and 11,974 units have been sold in the first half of 2021. This is the highest among the eight cities of the country. Since 2013, Hyderabad is the only city that had no price fall in the country in the first half of every year. Several markets in the country turned dull because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Hyderabad also witnessed a price stability when compared to the other Indian cities. The Information Technology (IT) and corporate firms helped the city big time and helped growth in the real estate sector. Hyderabad also remains as the first consideration for investments in the past few years. The city is no longer the cheapest market in the country and it remains as a desirable destination for many. The residential prices climbed by 4.2 percent in one year in Hyderabad. The Telangana government also brought so many good investments and the employment opportunities have seen a rise in the city. Lakhs of youngsters flocked to the Telangana capital for better employment opportunities.
