Telangana Chief Minister KCR has been holding various meetings with the officials about bringing a control on the second wave of coronavirus. The state would not head for a lockdown but the government is in plans to restrict the spread. The government is working on the areas where the spread is huge and is in plans to impose 50 percent occupancy in theatres, bars, shopping malls and other public places.
KCR is against the night curfews for now but the discussion may take place soon if the situations are bad. The government is also in plans to allow the people traveling from Maharashtra to carry a negative RT-PCR test that is taken in less than two days of their travel. A team of officials are working on the restrictions to be implemented and KCR will meet the people through a video conference soon.
