AP Assembly Passed CRDA Bill Without Opposition:- The Assembly sessions in Andhra Pradesh started today and they would continue for two days. The budget for the year 2020-21 has been introduced by the Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy. Soon after this, the three capital issue has been raised in the state's Assembly. The opposition TDP walked out of the Assembly even before the sessions commenced. The AP Assembly passed the eight crucial bills in the house today which included the Capital Region Development Authority Bill 2020 along with AP Decentralization.
The leading YSRCP already announced that the capitals would be developed across Amaravati, Vizag and Kurnool. The issue is pending in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. All the bills that are introduced in the Assembly have been passed in the house as the leading YSRCP has complete majority of 151 members out of the 175 legislators in the house. With TDP walking out of the Legislative Council, the bills were passed in the house without any noise and protests. Earlier before this, the Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan lauded the efforts and the development activities of the AP Government through a video conference.
