Manmohan Singh Unwell: Admitted In AIIMS:- Former Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has been admitted to All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) last night after he complained of chest pain. The 87-year-old politician is under observation and is admitted to the cardio-thoracic ward in the hospital and is under observation. Dr Nitish Naik, Cardiology Professor in AIIMS is personally taking care of his health. Manmohan Singh represents Rajasthan and is a senior politician in Congress. He served as a Prime Minister twice in the past. Manmohan Singh was admitted to the hospital at 8.45 PM.

Manmohan Singh underwent bypass surgery in January 2009 and he has been stable. Several senior leaders wished him a speedy recovery through their social media pages. Some of the senior leaders today visited AIIMS to inquire about his health. Manmohan Singh is a Rajya Sabha MP from Congress and he was appointed as the Chief of 11-member committee to work on the stand of Congress on key issues of the country after the coronavirus outbreak. Manmohan Singh also attended a meeting on Wednesday chaired by the party president Sonia Gandhi. Manmohan Singh had a fever when he was admitted to the hospital and his health status is stable. The doctors confirmed that he was given medication last night.
