Rs 3 Cr Seized And 8 Arrested Ahead Of Telangana Polls:- Telangana polls are inching and there has been tough fight between all the leading political parties. The Task Force police busted a money transfer racket and seized cash worth Rs 3,13,44,000 and eight people have been arrested in various incidents. The money is all set to be distributed to the voters revealed the primary investigation. Gold biscuits that are worth Rs 60 lakhs (1800 gms) and 11 mobile phones have been seized in these incidents.
Raids were conducted in Jubilee Hills Rd No 36, YMCA Clock Tower, Ranigunj, Liberty and various other locations in Hyderabad. A Prakash, R Kiran Goud, K Ganesh Goud, SV Krishnam Raju, Mayur Ram Gulabani, Sanjay Kumar Jha, Naresh Angara and D Yadagiri have been arrested in these incidents. Three among the accused have been caught with Rs 2,11,94,000 and they are said to have been taking the moeny to Sangareddy constituency for Jaggaa Reddy.
Mayur Ram Gulabani has been running Legend Pearls on old city and is delivering hawala money on commission basis. The seized cash, valuables have been handed over to the Income Tax department and the investigation is currently on.
