Women Of All Age Groups To Be Allowed Into Sabarimala: Supreme Court:- After a decade long battle, the Supreme Court today revealed a historic decision to allow women inside Sabarimala temple in Kerala. All the biological and physiological factors have been observed and considered before taking the decision. The Supreme Court termed men and women equal and a five-judge bench comprising of Chief Justice Dipak Misra, Justice Rohinton Fali Nariman, Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justice DY Chandrachud and Justice Indu Malhotra revealed their decision.

The apex court reminded about Article 25 saying that the right to practice religion is applicable and is equal for both men and women. The arguments have been concluded on August 1st and the bench revealed their verdict today. The court also said that Lord Ayyappa and its devotees have no separate religion. Women of all ages should be allowed to enter Sabarimala temple. The Kerala Government earlier announced that it favored the entry of women of all ages into Sabarimala temple.
