Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has a key role in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s cabinet and is responsible for taking many crucial decisions in the economic development of the country. Ever since Narendra Modi announced the currency demonetization, Aran Jaitley seemed not happy. As per the news, he is said to have not convinced with Modi’s step and he has not been supporting the move whole heartedly. Left with no option, Jaitley is said to have been supporting the step with hesitation. It has been revealed that former RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan too was not happy with the decision taken by Narendra Modi.

A source from the PMO revealed that it was the Union Minister Dr Subramanian Swamy who came up with the idea of currency demonetization and Modi left impressed with it instantly. Swamy, a Rajya Sabha MP is having a drift with Union Minister Arun Jaitley from sometime. Swamy faced the heat from Jaitley and Sushma Swaraj during the Parliament elections.
