Politics are loosely based on sentiment factors and they do work every time. Now again they proved right and the example to cite here is YSR Congress party leader Roja. The image of Iron Leg is still haunting the actress as she was victorious in the elections but her party failed to come to power.

Roja joined Telugu Desam party before 2004 elections and contested from the same party twice. She was defeated and Telugu Desam too settled in the opposition twice. After 2009 elections, Roja joined Congress party and few months later then Chief Minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy died in a chopper accident. Later she joined YSR Congress party months after YS Jagan launched and within no time, Jagan went to jail.

Being unlucky in the elections for two consecutive times, Roja tried all her efforts to win this elections. With a slender margin of 926 votes, Roja from Nagari won against TDP's Gali Muddu Krishnama Naidu however, YSRCP was not voted into power. Roja got emotional in front of the media and the video went like a viral and also the social media made fun for her victory.
