While the first two days of AP assembly, is full on heat with the call money issue, the third day, has started with the suspension issue of YSRCP MLA Roja.
Assembly was already postponed in the morning upon the severe agitations of the opposition leaders, denying Roja’s suspension from AP assembly. Even after re-starting, the issue continued to go viral, with the duo parties arguments.
Severely opposing the Roja’s suspension, YSRCP chief Jagan Mohan Reddy said, “Roja was suspended, bringing out a new rule. How come an opposition key leader, get suspended for such a long period, Jagan questioned.
He severely demanded to lift the suspension of Roja, as it is against the rules. Jagan criticized the government saying that, the suspension was planned according to the strategy of the government, to avoid the discussions on the call money.
Reacting to this, a few of the TDP leaders said that, it was YSRCP leaders, who are in large number, involved in the call money scam. That is already exposed by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.
Two bills introduced in AP assembly, amidst of Roja controversy
On the other side, not concerning about the noises being made by YSRCP leaders, who are protesting against Roja suspension, ministers Atchennaidu and Yanamala introduced the electrical duty bill and AP infrastructure bill, respectively.
After introducing both the bills, AP assembly is again postponed for another 15 minutes.
Roja felt ill at AP Assembly premises
If this is the case inside AP assembly, Roja reached to Assembly premises just a while. Along with the support of other YSRCP leaders, Roja started arguing with the security at the gate and she then felt ill. Roja is currently being shifted to Nampally police station. She will be treated in NIMS hospital.
Latest update: AP assembly postponed to Monday
As the situation is uncontrollable and YSRCP leaders continued to protest against the TDP leaders and demanding the speaker, to lift the suspension on MLA Roja, the speaker has decided to postpone AP Assembly meetings to Monday.
