YSRCP leaders Botsa Satyanrayana and Ummareddy Venkateswarlu are demanding to release Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Telangana Chief Minister KCR meet details.
Andhrawishesh earlier reported that, Naidu met KCR and invited for the Amaravathi stone ceremony. But the meet did not end, just with inviting for the stone ceremony, but dealt with several issues.
Reportedly, Naidu sought the cooperation of KCR, for the dual Telugu states development. Now using this issue as a weapon, opposition party YSRCP, attacked Naidu, stating that, he should release the meet details in writing.
Botsa Satyanarayana and Ummareddy Venkateswarlu said that, Naidu raised Revanth Reddy’s cash for vote issue and sought KCR’s cooperation in it.
Adding further, they said, “YSRCP is not against the capital city construction, but with the way the land is pooled from the poor farmers and the contracts are awarded.”
“Though the farmers are not willing to give the lands, AP government threatened them and grabbed the lands. With those lands, he is now performing a real estate business. He is selling the lands to the foreigners and thus filling his own pockets,” they added.
Sponsorship shows Naidu’s commercial attitude - YSRCP
As Amaravathi ceremony is being conducted in a huge manner, many private companies are coming forward to sponsor for the ceremony. Even Naidu allotted the sponsorship to them.
Raising this issue, the oppositions said, “Why does a government programme need sponsorship, that too when, Indian Prime Minister is the invitee? That itself shows the commercial attitude of Naidu,” both YSRCP leaders said.
Meanwhile, the TDP officials had commented on YSRCP Chief Jagan Mohan Reddy, saying that, his own party officials are criticizing him and are willing to attend Amaravathi ceremony.
Attacking on these comments, Botsa and Ummareddy Venkateswarlu said, “None of the opposition leaders are invited for Bhoomi Puja and it was conducted as a family affair. Then how does the government expect Jagan to attend ceremony.”
Whatever be the reasons, Jagan missing Amaravathi ceremony is expected to remain as a severe red mark in his political career.
