Chandrababu Naidu declares Rs 931 Cr assets:- Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader N Chandrababu Naidu, along with his wife Nara Bhuvaneswari, now possess a remarkable total of Rs 931 crore in combined assets. This represents a significant 39 percent increase since the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. The majority of their assets have grown through Bhuvaneswari's significant investments in companies such as Heritage Foods and Nirvana Holdings. Additionally, Bhuvaneswari owns precious metals, including gold, diamonds, and silver, valued at Rs 3 crore. The couple's properties are spread across Hyderabad, Chittoor district in Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu, indicating a diverse portfolio.

Despite their financial growth, Naidu is currently facing 24 criminal cases, including allegations related to the Amaravati land scam, fibernet scam, and skill development scam. However, this has not deterred their involvement in politics. As a sign of their continued engagement, Bhuvaneswari has submitted her husband's nomination for the Kuppam Assembly constituency. In the 2019 Andhra Pradesh Assembly polls, Naidu emerged victorious in the Kuppam seat, receiving 1,00,146 votes, while the YSRCP's Krishna Chandra Mouli came in second with 69,424 votes.

"If the TDP forms the government in the state after the simultaneous Assembly and Lok Sabha polls on May 13, we promise to offer liquor at reduced prices," Chandrababu Naidu stated during a campaign rally in Kuppam. The BJP-TDP-Jana Sena Party has reached a seat-sharing agreement for the upcoming elections in Andhra Pradesh. The BJP will be contesting in six Lok Sabha and ten Assembly seats, while the TDP has been allotted 17 Lok Sabha and 144 Assembly seats. The Jana Sena Party will be contesting in two Lok Sabha and 21 Assembly constituencies.
